1.About Nazviro
Nazviro is a technology platform that helps people who want work (Workers) and people who need work done (Employers) find each other, agree an engagement and keep a simple shared record of it. Nazviro is available as a website and as an installable web application, and is currently offered for use in India.
These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Nazviro. They govern your access to and use of the Nazviro website, application and services (together, the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.Legal operator
Nazviro is operated by Punacha (FZC), SRTIP, Block B-B31-093 (referred to in these Terms as “we”, “us” or “Nazviro”).
You can reach us at support@nazviro.com for support and complaints, and at info@nazviro.com for general enquiries. If the operating entity changes, we will update these Terms and, where the change is material, ask you to accept the new version.
3.Definitions
- User or you: any person who creates an account on or uses the Service.
- Worker: a User who registers a Worker account to find work.
- Employer: a User who registers an Employer account to post jobs and engage Workers.
- Job or Job Post: a listing created by an Employer describing work to be done, including location, pay, start date, duration and the number of Workers needed.
- Application: a Worker’s request to be considered for a Job.
- Assignment: the record created when an Employer accepts a Worker’s Application, linking that Worker to that Job.
- Work Code: a short, single-use verification code issued through the Service to record the start or completion of an Assignment (described in sections 13 to 15).
- Engagement: the arrangement between a Worker and an Employer for the work described in a Job, whatever its legal character.
- Content: anything Users submit to the Service, including profile details, Job Posts, ratings and comments.
4.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service and will close accounts we learn belong to someone younger.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms, and “you” includes that organisation.
5.Account registration and security
You create an account with an email address and a password and confirm the address through the link we send. Each account is registered as either a Worker account or an Employer account. You agree to:
- provide information that is true, accurate and current, and keep it up to date;
- keep your password confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
- tell us promptly at support@nazviro.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission;
- take responsibility for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
We may refuse, suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe was created with false information, belongs to someone under 18, duplicates another account for an improper purpose, or is used in breach of these Terms.
6.Nazviro's role
Nazviro provides technology that helps Workers and Employers discover each other and manage the practical steps of an Engagement: posting and finding Jobs, applying, accepting, recording that work started and finished, and rating each other afterwards.
Unless a specific future service we offer expressly says otherwise, Nazviro is not:
- the Worker’s employer, principal or contractor;
- the Employer’s agent, representative or recruiter of record;
- the payer of wages, fees or any other remuneration;
- a party to any agreement between a Worker and an Employer;
- a guarantor of any User’s identity, skills, licences, reliability, solvency or conduct.
Workers and Employers agree the terms of their Engagement directly with each other and remain responsible for those terms and for the legal obligations that apply to them. Nothing in this section limits any duty that applicable law places on Nazviro itself.
7.Worker responsibilities
As a Worker, you agree to:
- give truthful account and profile information, including your name, location and contact details;
- describe your skills, experience and qualifications accurately, and never claim a licence, certificate or qualification you do not hold;
- read a Job Post carefully before applying and only apply for work you are willing and able to do;
- attend an accepted Assignment as agreed, or tell the Employer promptly if you cannot;
- use the Work Code flows honestly, entering a code only for work you have actually started or completed;
- follow lawful workplace requirements, including safety instructions, at the place of work;
- give genuine ratings based on your own experience;
- report suspicious, fraudulent or abusive behaviour to us (section 32).
8.Employer responsibilities
As an Employer, you agree to:
- post only genuine Jobs that you intend to fill, described truthfully (section 9);
- state pay honestly and pay Workers what you agreed, on time, without unlawful deductions;
- never charge a Worker a fee, deposit or any other payment merely to apply for, be considered for, or be given work;
- provide a lawful and safe place of work and comply with every law that applies to the Engagement;
- treat Workers with respect and without unlawful discrimination or harassment;
- collect from Workers only the information genuinely needed for the Engagement, and use the personal data of Workers you learn through the Service only for that Engagement and in accordance with applicable law;
- use the Work Code flows honestly and issue codes promptly;
- give genuine ratings based on your own experience.
9.Job posting standards
Every Job Post must:
- describe real work that the Employer intends to have done;
- state the location, pay amount and pay basis (per hour, per day or per job), start date, expected duration and number of Workers accurately;
- not misrepresent the working conditions, hours, accommodation, travel or any other material term;
- not contain content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or deceptive, and not be used to advertise anything other than the work described.
We may remove or hide a Job Post, and restrict the account behind it, if we reasonably believe it breaches these standards or our Acceptable Use & Job Posting Policy.
10.Prohibited jobs
The Service must not be used to post, seek or arrange:
- work that is illegal where it would be performed;
- forced or bonded labour, trafficking, or any work obtained through coercion, deception or the withholding of documents or wages;
- work by children or work that breaches child labour laws;
- work that requires the Worker to pay a fee, deposit or “training charge” to be considered or engaged;
- fake, bait or placeholder jobs used to collect personal data, harvest contacts or promote something else;
- work involving unlawful discrimination in who may apply or on what terms;
- sexual services, or any work in which a person is exploited or endangered.
11.Applications and selection
A Worker applies to a Job through the Service. The Employer sees the Applications for their own Jobs, together with the profile details a Worker has chosen to provide, and decides whether to accept or reject each one. Nazviro does not rank, recommend or select Workers for an Employer, and does not decide the outcome of an Application.
A Job may be closed to further acceptances once the stated number of Workers has been selected. The Service does not currently offer a way for a Worker to withdraw an Application; an Application is closed if the Job is cancelled or if the Worker’s account is deleted before it is accepted. Acceptance of an Application creates an Assignment and does not by itself create an employment relationship with Nazviro.
12.Assignments
An Assignment is the Service’s record that a particular Worker has been accepted for a particular Job. It moves through a small number of states: assigned, start pending, in progress, end pending, completed, and where applicable absent or cancelled. Both the Worker and the Employer can see the Assignments they are part of.
The Assignment record exists to help both parties keep track of the Engagement. It is not a contract of employment, an offer letter, a timesheet, an invoice or a payslip, and it does not replace any record that the law requires an Employer to keep.
13.Start-work code
When an Assignment is due to begin, the Employer can issue a start-work code through the Service. The Employer gives the code to the Worker in person, and the Worker enters it in their own account. A correct code changes the Assignment to in progress and records the time. The code is short-lived, can be used once, is bound to that Assignment and that Worker, and is refused after a limited number of wrong attempts.
14.Completion code
When the work is done, the Worker marks the Assignment as finished. The Employer then issues a completion code, which the Worker enters in the same way. A correct code changes the Assignment to completed and records the time. A start-work code cannot be used as a completion code, and a code that has been used cannot be used again.
15.What a Work Code does and does not prove
A successfully verified Work Code is evidence of one thing: that aNazviro workflow event — the start or the completion of an Assignment — was confirmed through the Service at a recorded time by the accounts involved.
A verified Work Code does not by itself prove:
- that wages or any other payment were made, or in what amount;
- the exact hours worked, breaks taken or overtime performed;
- compliance with employment, labour, tax or social security law;
- that the workplace was safe or that safety rules were followed;
- the quality or acceptability of the work;
- that every obligation between the Worker and the Employer was fulfilled;
- a person’s identity beyond the controls the Service actually applies, which are described in the Privacy Policy and do not currently include identity or document verification.
Workers and Employers remain responsible for keeping whatever records their agreement and the law require.
16.Payments and remuneration
Nazviro currently does not charge Workers to apply for jobs and does not process wages or compensation between Workers and Employers.
Pay for an Engagement is agreed between the Worker and the Employer and is paid by the Employer directly, outside the Service. Nazviro does not hold, transfer, guarantee, collect or calculate any such payment, is not responsible for non-payment, late payment or disputes about payment, and has no information about whether a payment was made other than what Users tell us.
17.No fee to apply
Workers are never charged by Nazviro to create a profile, browse Jobs, apply for a Job or accept an Assignment. Employers must not charge Workers to be considered for or given work. If anyone asks you for money to get work through Nazviro, do not pay and report it to us at support@nazviro.com.
18.Future paid services
Nazviro may introduce subscriptions, employer plans, service fees, transaction fees, work-based fees or other paid functionality in the future. Any applicable charges and additional terms will be clearly disclosed before a User becomes responsible for payment, and no fee will be imposed silently or applied retrospectively.
Where a paid service requires it, you will be asked to agree to specific terms for that service at the time you choose to use it.
19.Ratings and reviews
After an Assignment is completed, the Worker and the Employer may each give the other a rating from one to five and a short comment. Each party can rate the other once per Assignment. Ratings are stored with the Assignment and may be shown to the other party and, where we introduce reputation features, to other Users.
Ratings must reflect your own genuine experience of that Engagement. You must not give or solicit ratings in exchange for anything of value, rate yourself through another account, coordinate ratings to harm or favour someone, or use a rating or comment to harass, defame or expose personal information. We may remove ratings that breach these rules and are not obliged to publish or preserve any rating.
20.User content
You own the Content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute your Content as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the Service, and to show it to the other Users the Service is designed to show it to (for example, your profile details to an Employer whose Job you applied for).
You are responsible for your Content. You confirm that you have the right to submit it, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. We do not pre-screen Content but may remove or refuse any Content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.
21.Acceptable conduct
You must use the Service lawfully, honestly and with respect for other Users. Among other things, you must not:
- harass, threaten, abuse, defame or discriminate unlawfully against anyone;
- send spam or unsolicited promotion, or use the Service to advertise anything other than the work in a Job Post;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or copy Content or personal data from the Service, or access it by automated means without our written permission;
- probe, interfere with, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the Service or the accounts of others;
- upload malicious code, phishing content or links designed to deceive;
- create accounts for others, share accounts, or create more than one account for an improper purpose.
Our Acceptable Use & Job Posting Policy gives more detail and forms part of these Terms.
22.Fraud and impersonation
You must not impersonate any person, business or Nazviro itself; claim an affiliation you do not have; post fake Jobs or fake Applications; enter a Work Code for work that did not start or finish; or use deceptive synthetic or manipulated content — including AI-generated images, voices or documents — to impersonate or defraud anyone. We treat fraud and impersonation as grounds for immediate account closure and may report them to law enforcement.
23.Worker safety
Your safety matters more than any Job. Before attending work, consider telling someone you trust where you are going and for whom. Do not hand over original identity documents to anyone, do not pay to be given work, and leave any situation in which you feel unsafe. If you are in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services first.
Nazviro does not inspect workplaces or supervise work. Please report unsafe conditions, threats or exploitation to us at support@nazviro.com so that we can act on the account involved.
24.Employer compliance responsibility
Employers are solely responsible for determining the legal character of each Engagement and for meeting every obligation that follows from it, which may include, depending on the circumstances:
- labour and employment law, including working hours and leave;
- minimum wages, timely payment and lawful deductions;
- statutory benefits and social security contributions;
- licences, registrations and permits for the work or the business;
- workplace health and safety;
- tax withholding and reporting;
- insurance, including for accidents at work;
- records the law requires an employer or principal to keep.
Nazviro does not verify, certify or monitor any of these matters and does not currently offer any verification product. Where we introduce one in future, its scope will be described expressly.
25.Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why, how it is shared and protected, how long we keep it and the choices you have. By using the Service you acknowledge that we process your information as described there. If you receive another User’s personal data through the Service — for example an Employer seeing a Worker’s name and location — you must use it only for the Engagement and in accordance with applicable law.
26.Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the Service, described in the Privacy Policy, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, hashed and expiring Work Codes, and database access rules that limit each account to its own records. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur. You must not attempt to test, probe or bypass our security without our prior written permission.
27.Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the Nazviro name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service, or use our name or marks without our written permission. Any feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.
28.Third-party services and infrastructure
The Service runs on infrastructure and services provided by third parties, including cloud hosting, a managed database and authentication service, and an email delivery service. These providers are listed in the Privacy Policy. We choose them with care but do not control them, and the Service may be affected by their availability or changes. The Service may also contain links to third-party websites, which we do not endorse and are not responsible for.
29.Platform availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service, add or remove features, and perform maintenance, with or without notice. Where a change materially reduces the Service, we will try to give reasonable notice through the Service or by email.
30.Suspension and restriction
We may restrict, suspend or close your account, remove Content, or limit features if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use & Job Posting Policy, that your account presents a risk to other Users or to the Service, or that the law requires it. Where practical we will tell you the reason and give you the chance to respond through support@nazviro.com.
We may act without notice where the breach is serious, involves fraud, safety or the law, or where notice would prejudice an investigation.
31.Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the Service (Account → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. When you delete your account:
- your sign-in is disabled, your sessions are ended and your email address is released so it can be used to register again;
- your name, username, mobile number, location details, skills and other profile information are removed;
- your open Jobs, pending Applications and Assignments that have not started are cancelled;
- records of Jobs, Applications, Assignments, Work Code events, ratings, reports and your acceptance of these Terms are kept, because other Users’ records, our security controls and our legal obligations depend on them. They remain linked to your former account identifier but no longer carry your name or contact details; text you wrote, such as a rating comment, may remain.
The Privacy Policy describes this in more detail, including the limits of what deletion removes. Deleting your account does not affect obligations that arose before deletion.
32.Reports and grievances
If something on the Service concerns you — a suspicious Job, an abusive User, impersonation, a privacy issue, a security concern or a problem with your account — tell us through the Support & Grievance page or at support@nazviro.com. Please include what happened, when, and the Job or account involved. We review every report and may ask you for more information. We take reports seriously and act on them, but cannot promise a particular outcome.
33.No guarantee of employment or hiring
Nazviro does not guarantee that a Worker will find work, that an Employer will find Workers, that any Application will be accepted, that any Engagement will proceed or be completed, or that any User will perform as described. Availability of Jobs and Workers depends on other Users and is outside our control.
34.Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that Content or User information is accurate, or that any User will behave lawfully or honestly. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
35.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nazviro and its operator, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of income, work, profit, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service or any Engagement, however caused. In particular, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any User, including non-payment, non-attendance, injury, damage or breach of an agreement between Users.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid us for the Service in that period. Where applicable law does not permit liability to be limited in this way, our liability is limited to the extent that law allows.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
36.Your responsibility and indemnity
You are responsible for your use of the Service, your Content and your Engagements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nazviro and its operator against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Content, your Engagements with other Users, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any person. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach of these Terms or our own negligence.
37.Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or labour protections that apply to you under the laws of the place where you live or work, which these Terms do not override.
Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@nazviro.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a court or forum that applicable law entitles you to use.
38.Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version number and an effective date at the top of this page. Corrections that do not change the meaning of the Terms — spelling, formatting, a broken link — may be published without a new version. A change that affects your rights or obligations, the way we process your information, our fees, or the operating entity will be published as a new version.
39.Versioned acceptance
You accept the Terms when you create your account, and we keep a record of the version you accepted and when. When we publish a new version that requires acceptance, you will be asked to read and accept it the next time you sign in before continuing to use the signed-in parts of the Service. You may instead sign out, contact support, or delete your account. Continuing to use the Service after accepting a new version means that version governs your use from then on.
40.Translations
These Terms are written in English. The Nazviro interface is available in other languages, and we may in future provide convenience translations of these Terms. Any translation is provided to help you understand the Terms; the English version is the authoritative version to the extent permitted by applicable law, and it prevails if there is any inconsistency.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor operator of the Service, including a Nazviro entity established in India, and will tell you if we do. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use & Job Posting Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
