1.Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Nazviro collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you use the Nazviro website and installable web application (the Service). Nazviro is operated by Punacha (FZC), SRTIP, Block B-B31-093, which is responsible for your information under this policy.
It applies to everyone who visits or uses the Service, whether as a Worker, an Employer or a visitor who has not signed in. Terms written with a capital letter have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your email address and a password (stored only in hashed form), the account type you chose (Worker or Employer), and the fact and time that you accepted our Terms and acknowledged this policy.
- Profile information (all optional unless stated): username, full name, mobile number, village, city and state, and your country (India by default).
- Worker details: skills, years of experience, expected pay, availability, how far you are willing to travel and a short description of yourself, where you provide them.
- Employer details: employer type and business name, where you provide them.
- Jobs and Applications: the details of Jobs an Employer posts (title, description, location, pay, dates, duration, number of Workers) and the Applications a Worker makes.
- Ratings: the score and comment you give the other party after an Assignment, and those given about you.
- Language preference: the interface language you choose.
- Support correspondence: what you send us when you contact support or make a complaint, including your email address.
Information created by using the Service
- Assignment records: the state of each Assignment you are part of and when it changed.
- Work Code records: when a start-work or completion code was issued, how many attempts were made to enter it, whether it was verified, expired or cancelled, and when. The codes themselves are stored only as salted hashes; we cannot read them back.
- Authentication and security records: sign-in sessions, email confirmation and password-reset events, and the metadata our authentication provider keeps about your account, including a security audit log of authentication events that can contain your email address and is retained by the provider for a limited period.
- Technical and log information: our hosting and database providers keep short-term request logs that can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and error details. We use these to keep the Service running and secure.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your device’s GPS or precise location. The location fields on your profile are typed in by you.
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the Service.
- We do not collect government identity numbers, bank details or payment card details. The Service does not process payments.
- We do not record your IP address or device details when you accept the Terms.
4.How and why we use information
We use your information to:
- create and secure your account, confirm your email address and let you reset your password;
- show Workers the Jobs available and show Employers the Applications to their own Jobs, with the profile details the applicant provided;
- create and manage Assignments, issue and verify Work Codes, and keep the shared record of when work started and finished;
- record and display ratings;
- remember your language and show the Service in it, including on other devices when you sign in;
- keep a record that you accepted the Terms and which version, so we can evidence the agreement and ask you again only when it materially changes;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and breaches of our Terms and policies;
- respond to your support requests and complaints;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. Where we introduce new uses in future, we will update this policy first.
5.What other Users can see
The Service is designed to show people only what they need for an Engagement:
- An Employer can see, for each Worker who applies to one of their Jobs, the Worker’s name, username, city and state as entered on the profile, when they applied, and later the Assignment state and any rating the Worker gives. An Employer cannot see a Worker’s email address, account identifiers or Applications to other Employers’ Jobs.
- A Worker can see the Jobs Employers have posted, including the Job’s location and pay, and the state of their own Applications and Assignments.
- Your email address is never shown to other Users, and your mobile number, if you add one, is not currently shown to other Users either. Contact details for an Engagement are exchanged by the parties themselves.
Anyone who receives your information through the Service must use it only for the Engagement; misusing it is a breach of our Terms and may be unlawful. Please report misuse to us.
7.Where information is stored and cross-border access
Your information is stored in the Mumbai region of our database and hosting providers. Because Nazviro is operated from outside India and uses global infrastructure providers, your information may be accessed from, and copies of technical logs may be kept in, other countries, including the United Arab Emirates, the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer information across borders we rely on our providers’ contractual data-protection commitments and apply the safeguards described in this policy.
8.How we protect information
We apply measures appropriate to the Service, including:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic;
- passwords stored only as salted hashes;
- Work Codes stored only as salted hashes, valid for a short time, usable once and locked after a limited number of wrong attempts;
- database access rules (row-level security) that limit each account to its own records, with sensitive tables reachable only through trusted server functions;
- no shared administrative credentials in the application, and provider-managed infrastructure security.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will act promptly and notify you and any relevant authority where the law requires.
9.How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected:
- Account and profile information: for as long as your account exists, then removed as described under Account deletion.
- Engagement records (Jobs, Applications, Assignments, Work Code events, ratings): kept for as long as the other party’s account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards, because they are part of another person’s record and support fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
- Legal acceptance records: kept for as long as necessary to evidence the agreement, including after account deletion, linked to your former account identifier.
- Technical logs held by our providers: for a short period determined by the provider, typically days to weeks.
- Support correspondence: for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
10.Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India. Regardless of the law that applies, you can:
- See your account and profile information on your account page. Account pages are read-only at present: to correct anything, write to support@nazviro.com and we will update it for you;
- Change your language at any time from the language picker;
- Delete your account from within the Service, as described below;
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to a use of it, by writing to support@nazviro.com;
- Complain to us, and to the data-protection authority in your country if you are not satisfied with our response.
We will respond within the time applicable law requires and, in any case, without undue delay. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11.Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your account page (Account → Delete account). Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Specifically:
- Removed: your sign-in identity, sessions, password, name, username, mobile number, village, city, state, language preference, skills, experience, expected pay, bio and business name. Your email address is replaced by a placeholder so it can be used to register again.
- Closed: your open Jobs, pending Applications and Assignments that have not started are cancelled, so nobody is left waiting.
- Kept: records of Jobs, Applications, Assignments, Work Code events, ratings, reports and your acceptance of the Terms remain, because other Users’ records, our security controls and our legal obligations depend on them. They stay linked to your former account identifier but no longer carry your name, username, contact details or profile text.
We do not claim that deletion removes everything, and we do not claim that what remains can never identify you. Retained records are linked to your former account identifier, and text you wrote yourself — for example a rating comment — is kept with the other party’s record and may still identify you. Job posts you made as an Employer keep their title and details for the Workers who were engaged. Retention is limited to what other Users’ records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling and applicable law require.
12.Age requirement
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, please tell us at support@nazviro.com and we will remove the account and its information.
13.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Each version carries a version number and an effective date at the top of this page. Corrections that do not change its meaning may be published without a new version; a change to what we collect, why, how we share it or who operates the Service will be published as a new version, and we will ask you to acknowledge it the next time you sign in.
