Built so both sides can trust the job
A clear, shared record
Both sides see the same job status at every step, from application to completion.
Codes confirm start and finish
Work starts and ends only when a short code is entered in person, so timing is agreed rather than claimed.
No hidden changes
Once a code is used it cannot be used again, and a decision cannot be quietly reversed.
Ratings after real work
Only the two people who completed a job together can rate each other, once each.
Private by default
Employers see the name and area of an applicant, never their email address or account identifiers.
For workers
Work you can reach, on terms you can see before you apply.

For employers
