1.Purpose
Nazviro exists so that people can find genuine work and genuine Workers safely. This policy sets out what is not allowed on the Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service; breaching it may lead to removal of content, restriction or closure of your account, and where appropriate a report to the authorities.
2.Job posts must be genuine and truthful
- Post only work you actually intend to have done, with a truthful location, start date, duration and number of Workers.
- State pay honestly — the amount and whether it is per hour, per day or per job — and pay what you stated.
- Do not post fake, bait, duplicate or placeholder jobs, or use a job post to advertise anything other than the work described.
- Do not describe conditions, accommodation, travel, hours or duties in a way that misleads.
3.No fees to be considered for work
Employers must never charge a Worker a fee, deposit, training charge, document charge or any other payment to apply for, be considered for or be given work. Nazviro does not charge Workers to apply. Anyone asking a Worker for money to get work is breaking this policy.
4.No forced labour, trafficking, child labour or exploitation
- No work obtained through force, threats, debt, deception or the withholding of identity documents or wages.
- No trafficking of any person for any purpose.
- No work by children and no work that breaches child labour law.
- No work that is illegal where it would be performed.
- No exploitation, endangerment or degrading treatment of any Worker.
5.No harassment, discrimination or abuse
- No harassment, threats, intimidation or abuse of any User, in job posts, ratings, comments or in person.
- No illegal discrimination in who may apply for a job or in how Workers are treated.
- No ratings or comments used to defame, humiliate or expose someone’s personal information.
6.No fraud, impersonation or deception
- No impersonating a person, a business or Nazviro, and no false claims of affiliation, licences or qualifications.
- No fake accounts, fake applications or accounts created for someone else.
- No phishing, and no links or messages designed to deceive.
- No deceptive synthetic or manipulated content — including AI-generated images, voices or documents — intended to impersonate or defraud anyone.
7.No misuse of Work Codes
- Enter a start-work or completion code only for work that actually started or finished.
- Do not share, sell, guess, brute-force or attempt to intercept codes, and do not ask a Worker to enter a code for work that did not happen.
- Do not use a code to claim that wages were paid, hours were worked or obligations were met; a code records a workflow event and nothing else.
8.No rating manipulation
- Rate only Engagements you were actually part of, based on your own experience.
- No buying, selling, trading or soliciting ratings.
- No coordinated rating to harm or favour someone, and no rating yourself through another account.
9.No misuse of Worker or Employer personal data
- Use the details you learn about another User only for the Engagement you are arranging with them.
- Do not collect more personal information from a Worker than the Engagement genuinely needs, and never original identity documents.
- Do not copy, export, sell, share or publish other Users’ information, and do not contact Users for unrelated purposes.
10.No attacks on the Service
- No scraping, crawling, harvesting or automated access without our written permission.
- No spam, bulk messaging or unsolicited promotion.
- No malware, no attempts to bypass security or access other accounts, and no interference with the Service.
11.How to report a breach
If you see a job, an account or behaviour that breaks this policy, tell us. You can use the Support & Grievance page or email support@nazviro.com. Please include:
- what happened and when;
- the job title, username or other details that identify who was involved;
- anything you have that shows it, such as a screenshot.
We review every report, may ask you for more information, and act on the account involved where the policy has been breached. If you are in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services first.
